About the developers: Martin W. Brossman, a success coach, speaker, trainer and author, has been mastering the art of networking in the Triangle since 1982 ( www.coachingsupport.com ). He has originated numerous successful in-person and on-line networking groups, which have facilitated meaningful business connections among members. Martin’s computer skills have powered his keen ability to create and teach crucial new Internet communications, such as blogging, podcasting and on-line networking. His own podcast show can be heard at www.InquireOnLine.info . Martin has been offering individual and group training on Linkedin since 2006. He leads the first Pro Networking On-Line group in the Triangle ( http://www.coachingsupport.com/network/PNOTW.html )--a group that uses the best concepts of a referral based group with the informational and global reach of on-line networking. This includes individual and team consulting and training in effective utilization of on-line profiles, social media and business networks like Linkedin, to maximize ones brand, build closer relationships with prospective and current clients. He advises how to properly deal with challenges on-line and respond to opportunities. With a background of 7 years at IBM and a trainer for Community College Small Business Centers around the state, he creatively leverages his knowledge of small and large business to create effective change in both. Whitney Hill has a BS degree in Computer from North Carolina State University. He has worked over 25 years in the computer industry in such positions as a IT manager of Nortel, free lance IT consultants and as Marketing Director and CEO at Carolina Web Consultants, Inc, a company he founded in 1997. Carolina Web Consultants, Inc is based in Raleigh, NC and services over 200 clients with web centric marketing solutions. Whitney has been very active in the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, serving 2 years as the chair of the Chamber Roundtable program, and is very active in the Capital City Club, serving on the membership committee and co-chairing the Professional Networking on the Web business development group. Three years ago, he founded and chairs a group called the Web Marketing Technologies Roundtable, a small group of web marketing professions that meets monthly to discuss new internet marketing technologies. Among other accomplishments, Mr. O'Connor is also a Certified Career Coach. He is North Carolina's first Certified Reach Personal Branding Specialist. With a unique fiction writing pedigree with fiction publications as well, he obtained a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Bowling Green State University. With over 16 years experience in professional outplacement, career transition, resume writing and career coaching, O’Connor applies his considerable job market expertise to career transitioners nationally. He has been featured (May 2003, May 2004, April 2006, June 2007) in the Raleigh News & Observer; he has published many articles on human resources, recruitment and many peer related issues for Resume Writers Digest, The Gladiator, Execunet, Career Management Alliance Monthly Newsletter, and Monster Career News. Other sample books and national publications such as JIST select his work. Additionally his diversified experience includes serving as a college professor and as a US Army officer. He currently serves our Armed Forces soldiers and their dedicated employers through his extensive commitment and involvement with USERRA law for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. He is a past Board Member of Raleigh-Wake Human Resources Management Association, the state's largest SHRM Chapter and has a number of charitable foundations and work he supports.
