Martin Brossman is the Director of
Martin Brossman and
Associates, an organization committed to supporting
people in living lives they love. Martin is a Success Coach,
speaker, trainer and author, providing personal, business,
and
Integrated Sales Coaching. He is known for his focused,
rapid-results coaching method which appeals equally to
executive, small business and entrepreneurial clients. He
specializes in performance enhancement, conflict resolution,
career path coaching, and team effectiveness. Martin also
pioneered his own style of coaching called KI Coaching and
offers a certification program in this approach to coaching
( www.KICoaching.org ).
Martin’s 20 years of professional experience includes 7
years with IBM, where he received the "IBM Means Service"
top customer service award, and 13 years developing and
operating small businesses. Coaching for 11 years, he
developed a certification / mentoring program for Coaches in
2003. A native of Washington, D.C., he holds a BA in Math /
Computer Science from St. Andrews College in Laurinburg,
N.C., and currently resides in North Raleigh. In 2000 he was
honored with the NC Governor's Volunteer of the Year Award
for his contribution to Carolina Health & Humor Association.
He is certified as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming
practitioner and Team Builder. He has taught Continuing
Education classes at Wake and Durham Technical Colleges.
Often referred to as “the gateway to the Triangle”, Martin
leads the North Raleigh chapter of Triangle Business
Builders and is the founder and current leader of Capital
City Business Network, a business- to-business leadership
group of The Capital City Club. Martin is the VP of Training
and founding member of the Triangle, NC Chapter of the
United Professional Sales Association (UPSA).
Especially known for his deep understanding of men’s
challenges in today’s society, Martin serves as Vice
President of the Triangle Men’s Center and founded the
Triangle Mens Inquiry a decade ago (
www.themensinquiry.com )
and The Womens Inquiry, 5 years ago (
www.thewomensinquiry.com ) . His book "Finding Our Fire
- Enhancing men's connection to heart, passion and strength”
, is an
outgrowth of the Men’s Inquiry discussions and includes
contributions from over 100 men courageously sharing their
personal experience.
Published articles by Martin Brossman have addressed
conflict management, men's issues, meditation, humor and
harmony, and computers and society. In 2007 Martin started
his podcast: "Inquire On-Line" (

enhance your business and life. Martin’s personal
interests include social issues, camping, hiking,
meditation, travel, Amateur Radio (KI4CFS), close-up magic,
personal development, learning the electric Bass guitar, and
