Mike Vaio is a former southern California trial lawyer with a 30-year-old passion for natural health, holistic wellness, exercise and fitness. He is a voracious student of these topics and has been, at various times, a bodybuilder, marathon runner, martial artist, strength athlete and vegan. He blends an appreciation for the wisdom of Eastern philosophy with the pragmatism of a Western results-oriented approach. He also knows, first hand, how enhancing one’s physical well being can bootstrap emotional and spiritual growth.

He rounds out his life with experience as an actor and stand-up comedian, with volunteer work at Hospice of Wake County and with involvement in the ManKind Project, an international men’s service organization.
